We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. We aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while also protecting our booked schedule.

Retainer/Deposit Policy

To secure your date and time, a non-refundable retainer (or deposit) is due at the time of booking. This retainer covers the planning, preparation, and the time slot we hold exclusively for you. Therefore, if you choose to cancel your session entirely, this fee will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

For Portrait Sessions (Family, Engagement, Maternity): If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us with at least 72 hours' notice. We will happily transfer your retainer to a new, available date within [state a timeframe, e.g., six months] of the original booking.

For Weddings and Elopements: Due to the extensive planning required, the rescheduling policy for weddings is detailed within your signed contract. Please refer to your agreement for those specific terms.

Weather and Emergencies

In the event of severe weather (for outdoor sessions) or an unforeseen family emergency, we will work together to find the soonest available reschedule date, and your retainer will be transferred without penalty.

Your booking is a commitment, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies as they allow us to dedicate our full focus and time to delivering exceptional photography for all our clients.
